By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our trusted payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.
We offer standard and express shipping options within the European Union and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for current rates and delivery timeframes. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
You may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for refunds. Return shipping within the EU is complimentary. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
All Kabundji Shoes products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defect.
Kabundji Shoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
